ABSTRACT FORMAT
You are invited to submit your abstract to the Sharjah International Conference on Linguistic Intelligence (SILIC 2024), Oct 17-19 2024 in American University in Sharjah . Please send your abstract for evaluation by the Scientific Committee and if the abstract is accepted, the submitter must provide a full-text paper. The full paper will be requested for subsequent publication opportunities. Otherwise, your abstract only will be published in the Proceeding. Upon payment of the registration fee, your presentation will be confirmed.
Full Paper Format
We welcome high-quality papers that detail original and unpublished results of theoretical, experimental, constructive, or conceptual research on any of the topic areas specified. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that it is not currently under review for publication elsewhere.
- Full paper: within 12 – 25 pages, including references, tables/ charts and keywords
- Abstract: 200-250 words
- Keywords: 3-5 words
- Font: 12-point Times New Roman
- Paragraph: Single-spaced
- Margin: Normal (Top :2.54 cm , Bottom: 2.54 cm; Left : 3.18cm , Right: 3.18cm)

Full Paper Reviewing Process
- All manuscripts will be subjected to double blind peer-review and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence.
- The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.
- The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation.
Academic Ethics
The conference requires that submitted articles contain new and unpublished research findings. Upholding ethical principles is paramount in academia, and therefore, plagiarism will not be condoned. If an author is discovered to have committed plagiarism, their submission will be rejected outright.
Language
- All manuscripts must be written in English, with either American or British usage being acceptable. However, a mixture of both is not allowed.
- Authors who are concerned that their manuscript may contain grammatical or spelling errors or may not adhere to proper scientific English may consider using relevant editing apps or services to improve their work.

Instructions for the oral presentation
Presentations should be approximately 15 minutes in length, and presenters are free to use any type of presentation format they prefer. Equipment required for the presentation can be provided upon request. To ensure that all necessary equipment is available, we kindly request that presenters arrive early for their scheduled presentation.
Evaluation Process
All papers will be subjected to double-blind peer-reviews. Relevancy, structure, research method, ethical conduct, language standard, innovativeness, references, hypothesis, result presentation, proficiency, and format, amongst many other factors, are considered for the evaluation process. Papers that are accepted will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
POSTERFORMAT
To ensure that your poster is easy to read and engaging, we recommend including visual aids such as charts or graphs. The title of your poster and the names and affiliations of the authors should be prominently displayed at the top. Keep in mind that the audience may have limited time to read your poster, so aim for clarity and simplicity.
Posters should be of A1 international paper size and all materials, including the title, should fit within the designated poster size. To ensure that your poster adheres properly to the display boards, please avoid using foam core or other thick or multi-layered materials, as well as pushpins directly on the poster boards.
