Submission Guidelines
Abstract Format
Abstracts, in English or Arabic, should be a maximum of 250 words and must clearly indicate the preferred format: oral presentation or poster. Abstracts should clearly articulate the paper’s objectives and significance. Authors should select one or more of the topics with which the submission is associated. All submissions should include a separate document providing a brief bio of the authors (50 words for each author).
Abstracts must be submitted electronically via the conference submission portal (Submit Abstract) by August 1st. Each abstract will undergo a blind peer-review process. Authors should ensure that their abstracts are anonymized. Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the SICLI 2024 Technical Committee.
Title: The title should be concise and clearly reflect the content of the abstract
Length: Maximum 250 words (excluding references)
Language: English or Arabic
Format: Standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12 pt). Include presenter name(s), affiliation, and contact details at the top of the document.
